Group Orders
♡↬ There are 3 payments, initials, EMS and DOMS (possible 4th if hit with customs)
♡↬ If you need to back out, please find a replacement yourself before leaving - please do not just leave without telling me, it makes it difficult for everyone else in the GO and myself.
♡↬ Initials are due by the date in chat once I have sent information, but I sometimes allow a 2 week grace period for circumstances I deem fit. If not paid from the 2 week mark I make the group chat and send details, your claim will go back up for claim, I cannot cover people who do not communicate / fail to pay without reason.
♡↬ I will only hold GO items for 30-31 days (1 month) unless specified with the buyer beforehand, just let me know. Anything after this until the month and a half mark will incur a charge of 10p a day. I am not a warehouse.
♡↬ Rudeness or hate towards myself or other GO joiners will forfeit your claim and it'll go back ufs.
♡↬ I am not responsible for any lost or damaged post once I have sent it but I will try and help you if this occurs. I do not offer refunds on group orders if it is not my fault.
♡↬ Once items are on hand and I have sent you a doms form to fill in or your total, I will only hold them for a 30-31 days (1 month), unless you have specified with me beforehand. Failure to let me know this will have your claim forfeited and UFS and you will not receive a refund. I am a really lenient person so if you’re struggling please just let me know!
♡ ↬ If you are WW / EU, please let me know how you would like it sent, whether it is a letter / bubble mailer, and how you would like me to declare customs!
♡↬ I will always send you a proof of postage the day I send (usually the receipt)
♡↬ I can take payment via paypal f+f, wise or bank transfer, whichever is easier for you! I do not take CC!
♡↬ I charge a small packing fee with items I sell, based on how many supplies I use.
♡↬ I live with cats, if you are allergic please be aware. I pack in an animal and smoke free zone but there might be cat fur on me, so be mindful with this :)
Sales
♡↬ I will always send a video of the item I am selling either in direct sunlight or under a light to show the reflection.
♡↬ PC's will be in a sleeve and toploader, anything bigger eg. postcards will be taped to cardboard to minimize any bending.

♡↬ Sets that are in demand from multiple goms will have a 3 day hold limit, so please make sure you are certain on buying when you message!
♡↬ I do holds for any other items for up to 2 weeks depending, but if it is items with a value of £75 I ask for a £15 deposit from new buyers ( if you time waste I may not refund) so I know you are serious! If you have bought from me before, I am more inclined to give a longer hold time!
